This page explains how Proximics handles information submitted through this website. This site is for adults representing schools. Please do not submit personal information about children.

Information you submit

If you request a call, we collect your name, school, email address, state, the learner-to-guide range you select, whether your room has cameras, and the learning software you select. If you join early access, we collect your email address.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to call requests, manage early access interest, and communicate about Proximics. We do not sell this information.

Where it is stored

Website form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare Pages hosts this site. Cloudflare Web Analytics may be enabled to measure site performance; Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data.

Retention and your choices

We keep submitted details while they are relevant to your request or early access interest, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted. To request access, correction, or deletion before a dedicated support address is available, use the call request form on the home page, enter “Privacy request” in the school field, and provide the email address associated with your submission.

We may update this policy as our website and practices change. The current version will be available on this page.
